Personal Finance Control JSC Software End User License Agreement(EULA)

Paragraph 1:

By downloading and installing this software, the user declares to be aware that this software is NON-Tax software, the use of this software is intended for small traders, individual micro entrepreneurs, freelancers and self-employed professionals who wish to have internal control of stock, cash , customer records, products, suppliers and other data and information contained therein.

Paragraph 2:

By installing and subsequently purchasing the license to use this program, I accept this software with the functionalities programmed in it. The acquisition of the license to use this software does not give the right to demand specific changes to it. It is the user's sole responsibility for the data that will be saved within this program, as well as its maintenance and backups. We are not responsible for data loss, whether due to misuse of the program or failure of your computer's Operating System or Hardware.

Paragraph 3:

The redistribution of this software is expressly prohibited under penalty of legal liability under the constitution in force in the country. If the user has more than one computer that needs to use the system, they must contact us via email: jc-sistemas@hotmail.com

Paragraph 4:

It is PROHIBITED to use this software for UNLAWFUL PURPOSES such as: fraud, tax evasion, illegal activities, prostitution, arms trafficking, smuggling, drug trafficking, or any other illegal activity provided for in the Brazilian criminal code, or in international laws, or Furthermore, under the applicable laws of the country where this software is installed, detection by the developer of the use of this software for any illicit activity will result in the CANCELLATION OF THE USE LICENSE (even if it has been purchased) without the right to any compensation.

Paragraph 5:

The user is solely and exclusively responsible for all effects, consequences and legal responsibilities of using this software. The developer is completely exempt from any civil or criminal liability regarding the use of this software, and it is impossible for the software developer to predict for what purposes the user will use the developed application.

Paragraph 6:

Personal Finance Control JSC software offers the following features:

- Control of cash inflows and outflows;

- Financial control separable by cash, category, people and payment methods;

- Report in PDF.

Paragraph 7:

All software offered for download on this site is of the Shareware type, that is, free to test for a certain period, and the user can, if he wishes, of his own free will, purchase or not the license to use the software during or after the software evaluation period.

Paragraph 8:

No software offered for download from this site contains malicious content, malware, viruses or any other such pest, and there is no risk that any software offered for download from this site may cause any damage to the user's computer, all material contained on this site is safe and can be freely experimented by users without risk of suffering any damage.

If the system user decides to purchase a license to use this program, he must test all the functionalities of this software before purchasing the license, because it is not possible to return a computer program that has already been validated on his computer, given that all and any observation regarding the program's functionalities, defects, bugs, etc., must be made during the program's evaluation period before the user purchases the license.

Paragraph 11:

The forum of the city of Vacaria, State of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil is hereby elected to resolve any issues relating to this contract.
